This place suits me perfectly, providing excellent amenities like free airport shuttle, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember when staff helped me with an insect bite during my first stay, showing their great care.

I had a late arrival, and the staff made sure the shuttle was ready for me at the airport. The service at check-in was straightforward, and they offered my kids some fruit from breakfast right away. The room was quiet and let us rest well. The next morning, I was surprised by the variety of options at breakfast, which included cereal and fresh fruit. It reminded me of morning meals back home in Italy.

This was just an ideal choice for a weekend escape in Tempe with great value for money. The air conditioning in my room was too weak, making it warm on a couple of occasions. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast to avoid the crowds.

Had a nice one-night stay. The lady at check-in was super friendly, made everything easy. Loved the big room for my family, and the swivel TV was a nice touch. Pool area was clean, but the water was a bit chilly. Breakfast was decent, but I wasn't a fan of the eggs. All in all, a solid place.

I was blown away by the really good comfort of my King Room Sofa Bed! The cleanliness was on point, and the luxurious bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Their shuttle service made it super easy to get around, and the late-night kitchen was a dream after my long days!

I had a fantastic stay with my family, particularly enjoying the expansive breakfast options that included everything from fresh fruit to scrambled eggs. The staff was super welcoming and even provided my kids with some fruit upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep after our late arrival. However, the shuttle service could have been more timely during busy periods.

The hotel’s layout makes it easy to navigate, with spacious rooms outfitted with separate couches and desks, ideal for both relaxation and work. The proximity to Papago Park offers a nice recreational escape, and while it’s not within walking distance to many attractions, a short drive gets you to the Mill Avenue area.

The ongoing renovations turned the hotel into a maze. Finding the front entrance was like a scavenger hunt, with barricades and a hidden back door that was locked, leaving me stranded at night. Additionally, the bathroom layout was awkward, lacking counter space and presenting a slippery shower situation, though at least they provided a grip mat. The noise from both the airport and the air conditioning unit made sleeping more difficult than I’d like. While it looks like there are nice amenities in concept, the execution during my stay felt far less inviting.
